Pickup Times: Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays 5 PM to 11 PM

Order Deadlines: Orders must be placed by Thursday at 5 PM for pickup that weekend.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD and may change at any time without notice.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at our discretion.

Custom orders, events, and special packages may include unique terms such as non-refundable deposits and minimum lead times.

3. Payment Methods

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Cash App, and Zelle.

Full payment is required at checkout to confirm your order.

For event packages, a 50% deposit is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before the event date.

4. Order Fulfillment & Pickup

Orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

You must pick up your order within the designated pickup window. Missed pickups are considered forfeited and not eligible for refunds.

We are not liable for errors due to incorrect order details provided by the customer.

5. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions are subject to availability and may end at any time.

Discounts and offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, packaging, and branding—is the exclusive property of Cookie’d and may not be copied or reused without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cookie’d is not responsible for any health or allergic reactions. Customers must review ingredient information carefully.

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages related to product use.
