Shipping policy

Thank you for your order from Cookie'd! We're excited to get our freshly baked cookies to you. To ensure you receive the best and freshest product possible, we have a special shipping process detailed below.

Order Processing & Shipping Schedule

To guarantee freshness, we bake our cookies in batches and have one dedicated shipping day each week.

  • All orders are shipped out once a week on Mondays (excluding holidays).
  • The cut-off time to be included in the upcoming Monday's shipment is Thursday at 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Examples:

  • If you place your order on a Tuesday, it will be baked fresh and shipped out on the following Monday.
  • If you place your order at 7:00 PM ET on a Thursday, it will be processed and shipped on the Monday of the next week.

You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 !
  • Once your order is dispatched on Monday, please allow 3-5 business days for transit. Please note that this transit time is in addition to our weekly processing schedule.
  • We currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has been dispatched. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

Damages & Lost Packages

Cookie'd is not liable for any products damaged, melted, or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) to file a claim. We recommend saving all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at the time of your order. Cookie'd is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
