Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Cookie’d, your satisfaction is important to us. We understand that sometimes plans change or issues arise. Here’s how we handle refunds and cancellations:
1. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of placing the order, as long as the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Event bookings must be canceled at least 7 days prior to the event to receive a refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made within 7 days of an event are not refundable.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for:
- Orders canceled within the allowed window.
- Verified quality issues (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- Orders not picked up on time are not eligible for refunds.
3. Quality Concerns
- If you experience an issue with your order, please email or message us within 24 hours of pickup.
- Include a photo and detailed description.
- If we determine the issue is valid, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Custom orders, event packages, gift cards, and promotional items are non-refundable once confirmed.
5. Refund Process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
For Cash App and Zelle payments, refunds are sent back to the original account used.
